We are happy to provide a free, confidential meeting to discuss your specific circumstances and the options available. Simon and Dominic founded the business in 2016 after having already worked in the profession for a total of over 70 years, assisting Directors and Individuals, often in times of financial stress.
DSI Business Recovery is based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, 5 minutes from Junction 39 off the M1. We primarily work with business people across the North of England. Simon is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and is a member of R3, The Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

I qualified as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 1999. Prior to working I studied Economics at Newcastle University. In 2016 myself and Dom decided to take the plunge and set up our own insolvency practice, DS Insolvency Ltd.
I’ve dealt with a wide variety of Corporate and Personal Insolvencies, taking appointments in, Liquidations, Administrations, CVA’s, IVA’s and Bankruptcies. I’m licensed by the IPA and a fellow of R3.
Outside of work I enjoy most sports and follow Bradford City with my sons.

After working almost 10 years in the profession I formed DS Insolvency ltd along with Simon in 2016. Prior to this I worked and gained qualifications in accountancy, before a season playing football (soccer) in the USA.
I gained my Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency (CPI) qualification a number of years ago and have worked on a wide range of both corporate and personal cases. Outside work I enjoy spending time with my young family and playing football.

I joined DSI in 2016, and with over 11 years in the profession, I have experience working on all types of Corporate and Personal Insolvency.
In 2022, I became a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, after passing the Joint Insolvency Examination Board corporate exam. I previously passed the certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency Exam in 2018.

I began my career in accountancy and moved to work in the insolvency industry in 2008 where I gained experience in both corporate and personal insolvencies. I joined DS Insolvency Ltd in May 2021.
I am currently a student member of ICAEW studying for my CII qualification.
In my spare time I love to spend time outdoors with my young family and enjoy eating out.
